You must notify d999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. d999 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, d999 requires completion of KYC verification. This process requires submission of:

Bank transfer deposits via HBL or UBL are subject to standard interbank processing times and typically complete on the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00pm Pakistan Standard Time. d999 does not charge any deposit processing fees, though your mobile money or banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. d999 targets a processing time of 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals under Rs 50,000 submitted during standard business hours. Larger withdrawal amounts or those requiring additional verification may take longer. d999 does not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same Account, as a fraud prevention measure.
d999 applies a withdrawal-to-source policy: funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy exists for anti-money laundering compliance purposes and applies to all withdrawal requests regardless of amount. Where the original payment method is no longer available, d999 will require documentary evidence before approving an alternative withdrawal channel.
d999 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to Accounts that have held a positive real-money balance and have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. The applicable fee and escalation schedule are published on the Platform. Players are encouraged to withdraw available balances prior to extended periods of inactivity. Account closure requests may be submitted to support at any time.

Bonus Balance not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. d999 is not obligated to notify Players of impending bonus expiry, though the Platform displays bonus expiry dates in the Account bonus section. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

All bets are accepted subject to availability and the applicable market rules published on the Platform.
Cricket betting markets on d999, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) markets, are subject to the specific sport rules applicable to cricket betting. Match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applications, and super overs are governed by the cricket betting rules published in the Sports section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing wagers on cricket markets.
In-play (live) betting is available on selected sporting events including cricket, football, and UFC bouts. d999 may suspend in-play markets at any time during a live event without advance notice. Bets placed and confirmed prior to suspension remain valid. d999 is not liable for any inability to place in-play bets resulting from network connectivity issues on the Player's side.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned where: the event is cancelled or abandoned and no official result is declared; the market was offered in error; the bet was placed after the event outcome was known; or where d999 reasonably determines that the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Void bets are not subject to any bonus wagering contribution.
d999 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. We recognise that online gaming can pose risks for a minority of players and we take our obligations in this area seriously. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time. Deposit limits take effect immediately upon activation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, d999's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of real-money funds held in the Player's Wallet at the time the claim arises. d999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, howsoever arising.
